How To Set Up Outlook Express E-Mail Client

Open The Outlook Express Program
Click Tools in the Menu Bar - Then Choose Accounts

On The Right Side Choose ADD then Select Mail

Enter Your Name in the Display Name Box
Click Next

Enter Your E-mail Address in the Box - yourname@yourdomainname.com (or.net)
Click Next

Choose POP3 For the My Incoming Mail Server is a ________ Server
Enter mail.yourdomainname.com (or.net) in both the Incoming and Outgoing Boxes
Click Next

Enter Your Account Name As Shown In The Example Below
Enter Your Password - Click Next

Click Next To Finish

Click Tools in the Menu Bar Again - Then Choose Accounts

Select Your New Mail Account and Select Properties On The Right

Select the Servers Tab At the Top
Check the My Server Requires Authorization Box

That's it... Send yourself a test message.
